「ベニー」、ガルダ湖の怪物、2011 年 6 月土曜日の午後、居住が Moniga del Gardaの、30代の2人の青年の証言。

ボートからのほんの距離、一種の大きな影（かなりなりの大きさのダークスポット）に注意しました。我々は固まりました、恐怖は本当に大きかったです。
(中略)
パッと見、少なくとも我々自身のボートよりも長かった。問題のボートはRIO 400で、長さ4.50メートルの長さを超えています。
多分｢ベニー｣は本当に好奇心が強く、ちょうどそれを試したくなり、多分挨拶をしに船体に近づいた。または、単に何も気付かなかった。

目撃の直後我々はバーに行き、その事を友人に話しました。(中略) そして今日まで、我々はもはや何も言うまいと誰にも話しませんでした。我々はまだあざけられるのが怖かったのです。(中略) その日、我々は本当に何かを、何か大きいものを見ました。大物（おそらくtorpedo=デンキナマズ）でありえました、我々は専門家ではありません。しかし、我々に云える1つのことは、その『もの』は、ボート自体より長く、より大きかったということです。

俺は信じるよ、ネッシーやオゴポゴがこんだけ出番ってて、「ベニー」だって居るっしょ？
トーピード(torpedo=デンキナマズ)だったとしてもモンスターだよ、だって4～5mある船よか巨大なんだもん、そんなんは怪獣、デンキナマズ怪獣だよ、

ほら、もしブリちゃんが1m、いや、30cmでもいいや、あったら気絶するようなモンスターでしょ？

そりゃもう当然、ガルダ湖の「ベニー」は怪物で間違いないです。
つまり「ベニー」が10頭いたら湖周りの発電がほぼ賄える程の怪物…(例えがダメダメだな)
