この写真は、幽霊研究協会（Ghost Research Society、GRS)によって、シカゴの近くの Bachelor's Grove cemetery の調査の間に撮られました。
1991年8月10日、墓地に居たのは数人のGRSのメンバー、
ルビオウッズ(Rubio Woods) の森の端にある小さな人気(ひとけ) のない、放置された墓地(abandoned graveyard) は、ミッドロジアン(Midlothian)、イリノイ州の郊外の近くに在ります。
Bachelor's Grove cemeteryは、米国で最も幽霊のでる墓地の1つであると考えられていて、亡霊(apparitions) 、奇妙な現象(strange phenomena)、原因不明の光景(unexplained sights)、音と燃えるような光の玉すら(sounds, and even glowing balls of light) 含む(including)、異なる100以上の報告の現場(site)となっています。
GRSメンバーの、Mari Huff は、グループがゴーストハンティング装置(ghost-hunting equipment) のいくつかの異常を経験した地域で、高速赤外線カメラで白黒の写真を撮っていました。
GRSメンバーを除いて墓地は空でした。この像(image)は、現像された時に現れました(emerged)。
孤独な様子の若い女性が白い服を着て墓石上に座っています。
彼女の体は部分的に透明です、そしてドレスのスタイルは時代遅れと思われます。
