彼らは最初、何か水の表面に浮かんでいる異常に巨大な物(monster)（彼らは後に、少し黒い潜水艦のように見えると言った）を見てパニクりました(panicked)。
クラフト(craft) から明るい光(bright light) が煌めいた(flashed) とき、彼らは底引き網(nets) を元に戻し(brought)、エンジンを始動しました。
その時でした(When it did)、数人の(several) のクリーチャーがそのデッキを走り回って(running around)いるのが見られました。
男は、クリーチャーが10才の男子サイズで、彼らはウエストの周りに装置を持っており、船の周期的点滅光の中にのみ見ることが出来ると言いました。
小さなクリーチャーが彼らのクラフトへとよじ登った時、それは見たことも無いほど明るく輝き、水中に沈しました(submerged)。

昔、何かの本で読んだことがある話しだよ、USO(未確認水中物体) が、海面に浮いてて、10歳くらいの子供がその上を忙しく動き回ってて、暫くしたらスゲー光って海中に消えてった、つー話し、

印象深かったからハッキリ憶えてるよ、特に子供サイズのヒューマノイドが円盤の表面をウロチョロ、ってとこね？

この話しから俺はUSOに興味持つようになった、本当、

若干細部は不鮮明だけど大体同じストーリー、
で、腰の装置を漁師に向けてきたんじゃなかった？なんかそんなような…

黒い潜水艦みたいな、ってとこが記憶では明るい色のイメージだったんだけどね？
