ほれ、ミシシッピ川がピピン湖に流れ込むから、でその湖を拠点に時折見られるのが「ペピー」だから、そうした表現しかしようがない、という…

ミシシッピ川を玄関に、ピピン湖に出入りする(海から？) 何か！が居るらしいんだよ、そいつが写真のこいつ、「ペピー」。
