Luscaは、カリブ海から報告される海の怪物に伝えられる名前です。
luscaが巨大なタコであると未確認動物学者によって示唆されました。
Enteroctopus属の既知の巨大なタコよりはるかに大きくて、伝説もそれが半分のサメと半分のタコであると発言しました。
目撃例Luscaアンドロス（バハマの島）沖で、生きものの多くの報告は、青い穴からあります。
セント・オーガスチン・モンスター（グロブスターの例）（それはフロリダ海岸に1896年に漂着しました）は、可能性があるlusca見本より良い候補の1つと考えられます。
最近の証拠は、セント オーガスティン モンスターのように多くの globsters はマッコウクジラの脂肪組織の分解の大きい固まりを単に示唆しています。
最高でも大きいオオイカの例のように、科学者はluscaを退けます。
